Ceiling and Walls flash bounce for food

At times, I am lazy or just don't want to deal with setting up lights. Especially when I'm hungry. I also have two little girls that needs plenty of attention, with one old enough to knock my stands and speedlights over.
This shot of my wife's Bruschetta, had taken only seconds to set up. Let me explain.

An sb-900 hotshoe'd to my D3x, I simply angled it up and towards the wall to my left, fired it off using TTL 0 EV on both flash and camera. Now, this would only work if your walls and ceilings are white, like mine are. If you have colored walls then maybe, you'd consider setting up umbrellas.

You can achieve natural lighting by bouncing your flash off white surfaces, makes it appear like it was sitting by a window.
